Sunday Weigh in

Yesterday was a beautiful day! In fact, the entire weekend was wonderful. Except for nap time and meals, Christian and I were outside the entire time! Playing, walking to the store, and playing some more! Christian has the bruises and cuts to prove it! He is all boy! He skinned his chin and the only reason he cried was because I made him stop playing so I could clean it off.

We were at my parents yesterday. We played so hard that I was hot! That is when I found the best treat in the world! Sugar free fudgesicles!!! Only 40 calories! It tasted so good. I am going to buy myself a box after work.

Now to the exciting part! I weighed myself yesterday morning. I have lost 4 more lbs and 8 1/2 inches! YEA ME!!! My clothes are finally starting to look baggy. I will be ecstatic once I have lost 69 more lbs... I am just glad that the plateau is over. I think I owe a lot of it to Aunt Flow. She came to visit today. This is the first period in years that I did not give in to pigging out. Before my surgery I would have eaten everything under the sun.

I am a true advocate for the surgery. I have so much energy now. Christian and I have so much more fun (if that is possible). I enjoy exercising. I enjoy moving all of the time instead of sitting around.
