Lunch- 1/2 hot dog and 1 tablespoon of canned peas and carrots
Snack- 1.5 oz roast beef and 2 baby carrots
Dinner- 1.5 oz roast beef and 2 baby carrots
40 minutes treadmill
20 minutes weights
